Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This policy explains how order cancellations are handled in compliance with standard U.S. e-commerce practices and Google Merchant Center (GMC) requirements for clear, transparent customer communication.

1. Cancellation of Unshipped Orders

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been processed or shipped, you may submit a cancellation request through any of our customer service channels. Once your request is approved, you will receive a full refund of 100% of the amount you have paid. There are no cancellation fees for orders that have not entered the shipping process.

2. Cancellation of Shipped Orders

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after the package has been delivered. To do so, please follow the return instructions included with your package or contact our customer service team for assistance in starting the return process.

3. Refund Processing

Processing Time: After we receive and approve your cancellation request, refunds will be processed within 1–5 business days.

Refund Method: All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
