Shipping Policy
We handle order processing and shipping from Monday through Friday at our warehouse, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking information. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
Order Processing Time
The standard order processing time is 1–3 business days.
Orders that are successfully placed and paid for before 6:00 PM (local warehouse time) on business days will begin processing on the same day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.
Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Time
After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days. Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or shipping volume fluctuations.

At present, we only offer shipping within the United States.

- Orders of $139.99 USD or more: Free shipping
- Orders under $139.99 USD: $7.99 USD shipping fee
Order Tracking
You can track your order by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order details. Once your order is shipped, tracking updates will be provided directly by the carrier.
Shipping Confirmation Email
Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to you. If you do not receive it, please first check your spam or junk folder before reaching out to customer service.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us by email within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
