Shipping policy

We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday at our warehouse, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipping details and tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder first.

Order Processing Time

Order processing time is 1–3 business days.

Orders placed and successfully paid before 6:00 PM (local warehouse time) on business days will begin processing on the same day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next available business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or logistics volume.

Orders under $139.99 USD: $7.99 USD shipping fee
